We had a great 4th. Bobby, Sarah and Addison were here visiting and we got up early for the Monument parade and Lindsey came too. Sitting out in the sun was really hot but we got a little breeze every now and then to cool things off. Addison had a really good time. There was one float with bubbles coming off the back of it and she loved it!! She went running down the street chasing the bubbles and Bobby had to run after her :) After the parade we came back home and BBQed. Quite a few friends made in over including Adam and Melissa who we haven't seen in a long time and CL and Lindsey and their son Dean who we never get to see either. We headed over to Palmer Lake for the fireworks and hung out with the family for a while. They had great fireworks and of course we had the best seats at Zach's aunt and uncles house right in front of the lake.
Oh and this last picture is of Zach starting a fire haha He decided it would be a good idea to light a handful of sparklers at one time. The huge ball of fire was so hot he could barely hold it and little balls of fire kept falling off. We had to stomp them out on the dry grass.
